You can benefit from the services of our experienced Sales Team. At each step of the purchase process you will be supported by:

As an Independent Mortgage Adviser they have access to hundreds of mortgage products from a multitude of lenders and they do, from time to time, also have access to some exclusive financial products only available to customers of Ben Bailey Homes.
- Our Sales Team will be on hand to offer friendly, expert advice on all aspects of purchasing your first home. They will also keep you in touch with everything along the way ensuring your dream move is hassle free.
Who can benefit from 'Getting Started'?
This package only applies to true first time buyers (i.e. those who have not owned a property before), and is available on selected plots and developments. Please see your Sales Adviser for details.
The company endeavours to sell all of its properties to those clients whom we consider to be in the best position to proceed to contract at the time of the plot's release.
To benefit from the ‘Getting Started’ package you must use one of our recommended Independent Mortgage Advisors as from our experience this will create a smooth and speedy transaction for the mutual benefit of the company and yourself.
How will 'Getting Started' work for you?
The reservation fee is reduced to £150, which will be deducted from the plot purchase price.
Your reservation period is for four weeks, during that time you must obtain your mortgage offer and exchange contracts unconditionally.
It is essential that you contact the Solicitor as soon as possible after reservation to make an appointment with regard to the exchange of contracts.
Ben Bailey Homes will provide up to £750 from the plot purchase price in respect of legal fees in the form of an allowance on legal completion.
Ben Bailey Homes will provide an allowance of £5000 on legal completion.
Additional apartment charges such as Ground Rent and Management Company Charges are not covered by 'Getting Started'.
Survey fees paid are based on the cost of a basic mortgage valuation only and it is subject to your mortgage application being placed through our Independent Mortgage Advisers.
