We will take your chosen new Ben Bailey home off the market for a week, during which time two local estate agents will visit you to carry out valuations on your old home. Based on the information they provide, we'll call you up within 7 days to make you an offer.
After time to consider the package we put to you, you will then reserve the home of your dreams and proceed to contract. At this time you would then instruct a solicitor and apply for a mortgage, if applicable.
Where build schedules allow, you will then be invited to make your selections to personalise your new home and once build complete, you can legally complete and start your new life in your dream home. Easy!
